Our Story
NextJen Global was born from a shared vision between two passionate academicians — Dr. Kirti Dang Longani and Dr. Khushali Oza — who believed that education must move beyond conventional boundaries to truly prepare individuals for a rapidly evolving global world. Coming from diverse academic, corporate, and leadership experiences, both educators witnessed a common challenge: the growing gap between classroom learning and real-world industry expectations. Dr. Kirti’s expertise in leadership, management education, and institutional development, combined with Dr. Khushali’s deep experience in finance education, faculty training, and professional development, created a powerful synergy rooted in purpose and innovation.
